About IT Services Support

IT Services provides a variety of ways to get help and support for questions and issues related to technology at MSU.

Need help with e-mail, viruses, security, firewalls, network connections (DHCP), network trouble, MSU NetID authentication, or general computer assistance?

  • Call (517) 432-6200. Phone answered 24 hours per day except on university holidays.

    University holiday notice - Closed Thursday November 27 and Friday November 28.

  • Send an SMS text message to (517) 432-6200.
  • Receive in-person assistance at MSU Computer Help and Repair - Computer Center, 450 Auditorium Road, Room 120. (Monday-Friday 9 AM to 6 PM). Closed on university holidays.
  • Additional in-person assistance at mobile help locations during Fall and Spring semesters:
