About IT Services Support

IT Services provides a variety of ways to get help and support for questions and issues related to technology at MSU.

Classroom Technology, Online Learning Tools, ??Business Applications, General Computing, and Connectivity Support

 

Get assistance with technology in classrooms; online learning tools like D2L, Adobe Connect, MediaSpace, and Zoom web conferencing; or issues with enterprise, administrative or student systems and information suervices such as computer enrollment, Degree Navigator, StuInfo, EBS, Sentinel, SIS, CASHNet, University Advancment, and University Systems applications. Get help with password resets, user account unlocking, and general computer and network issues including email, viruses, security, firewalls, network connections (DHCP), network trouble, MSU NetID authentication.
